The CBA for 2005-08 will remain in effect until the new Contract for 2008-2011 is ratified. The ratification vote is expected to take place during the fall term 2008. The Agreement must be ratified by vote of the members of the bargaining unit and also by the Board of Trustees before it can go into effect. We expect the BoT will ratify at its December 2008 meeting. Until that time, the 2005-2008 Agreement governs the terms and conditions of employment for in-unit faculty at UWF. |
